Constructor University (formerly Jacobs University Bremen gGmbH)

is a private, state-accredited, English-language research university in Bremen.

We are offering PreDegree, Bachelor, Master or PhD programs in three schools:

School of Science, School of Computer Science & Engineering, School of Business, Social & Decision Sciences and are involved in the professional development of specialists and managers and in the transfer of knowledge.

Student Recruitment Officer - Events, Projects and Online Programs (m-f-d)
(Full-time; 38.5 hours/week; unlimited)

Your responsibilities:

Recruitment for Online Programs:


  • Analysis of regional and global market trends to identify new target groups (using key databases)
  • Work closely with Marketing to define campaigns, activities and events, monitor KPIs and adjust efforts
  • Representing study programs to appropriate target groups
  • Create and maintain sales/conversion plan for online programs
  • Work closely with other Recruitment Counselors to define priorities, target countries and activities
  • Preparation of statistics and reports

Tasks Related to Events and Projects:

  • Planning and coordination of events and projects such as Summer Camp, Counselor Fly-In, School Visit program, Campus Visits, etc.
  • Work closely with other internal stake holders such as Communications, Event Management, Campus Life, Faculty, Foundation Year on successful execution of events and projects
  • Administrative support with inventory and purchasing of marketing materials
  • Administrative support with purchase requests and cost tracking

General office and administrative work including budget planning

Your qualifications:


  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent, or possesses significant relevant professional experience within a similar role
  • Relevant experience in marketing/recruitment or sales role
  • General knowledge of CRM and experience with MS Office
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to use market research and data to inform and deliver strategy
  • Ability to travel, if required (no extensive travel)
  • Fluent in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
