YOUR ROLE:

Support the development of a forecasting process for packaging division in Adhesives to improve the innovation deployment, e.g. packaging, consumer goods and strategic business units
Work in a multicultural environment with the business planning team across Europe
Lead a crossfunctional project to improve forecasting performance and innovation deployment
Develop research to detect significant/foreseeing variances of customer orders/forecast
Review forecast KPIs and work with business planning and sales teams to develop actions, adjust the forecast and coordinate improvements to the statistical model
Investigate existing best practices in demand planning and management from other business units in Adhesives and incorporate their implementation

YOUR SKILLS:

Student with good knowledge of supply chain management or related field
Practical experience in sales, marketing strategy or business development is a plus
Fluent English language skills, German language is a plus
Strong analytical mind and proactive team player
Ability to follow and understand bigpicture trends as well as transform numbers and data into reliable insights
Strong communication skills and excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines

We offer you an attractive salary between € gross per month.

The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
