As our new Founders Associate (f/m/d) you will be responsible for preparing and executing strategy development across the different departments of

Concretely, your road to success will include:

Taking on a project management role for the top priorities of the managing board, including the coordination of departments and ensuring the success of their initiatives
Preparing, moderating and postprocessing yearly and quarterly goalsetting workshops with the entire leadership team, based on the objectiveandkeyresults (OKR) framework
Guiding the team through the ongoing OKR-Cycles, especially ensuring the timely delivery of results and always keeping track of any OKR's status
Drafting and, partially, holding inspiring team presentations both during regular company meetings as well as during team events and offsites
Supporting the managing board with a fast rootcause analysis of material company challenges
Preparing management decision recommendations, which includes identifying, gathering and analyzing relevant data to make a decision
Strategize against current and possible future competition with longterm foresight
Interviews with other founders and representation of Aaron at events
Strategic support of fundraising processes, e.g. selection of suitable investors and drafting of pitch documents

Your qualification:

You've completed at least a Bachelor's degree at a university or a university of applied science, ideally in Business Administration or related fields of study
You have already gained about 12 years of work experience on management level, e.g. as management consultant, founder's associate or boardlevel assistant
You are driven by the purpose of revolutionizing our healthcare system, and always do what you do because you love it
You are an analytical thinker with particular strengths in analysis and strategizing, using both your heart and datadriven methods to prepare decisions
You're capable of aligning decisions with many stakeholders and love navigating through complexity
You are a team player who loves to work in a fastpaced, purposedriven, and valuescentered startup environment
You have very good command of both the English and the German language
