WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:
As a VIE HR Coordinator (M/F/d) at RIMOWA, we offer you an outstanding professional room to grow at a leading global luxury goods group.
You will report to the Head of HR Retail EMEA.
YOUR RESPONSIBILTIES:
You will be part of the HR Team responsible for all RIMOWA employees in EMEA.
The HR Team is in charge for everything related to Recruiting, HR Development & Training, Compensation & Benefits, HR Projects, HR Analytics etc.
Partnering with all Departments of the company, the HR Team accompanies the Business on strategic and day to day topics.
You will contribute to different aspects of the HR Strategy:- Recruitments from A to Z:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate channel
- Develop relationships with schools and universities to create relevant Talent Pipelines for future recruitment needs
- Onboard new employees
- Animate the community of newly recruited employees
- Contribution to other HR topics:
- Follow up and management of contracts
- Provide support to the HR Team for different HR topics and projects while liaising with the different members of the team and other departments
- Provide analytical and well documented reports as well as developing relevant KPIs
- Develop ideas to promote company's reputation as a "best place to work and grow"
Profile:
- Holder of Bachelor or Master degree
- 12 years' experience in HR or another relevant business area
- Handson mentality and pragmatic working style, ability to work in a team
- Good interpersonal skills
- Great capacity of organization and planning
- Very good English language skills
- Good German language skills (min. B2 level)
- French would be a plus
- Position based Cologne starting ASAP
