The
Detia Degesch Group is a medium-sized, internationally leading corporate group in the chemical industry focused on solutions in post-harvest pest control.
For our headquarters in Laudenbach in the Rhine-Neckar region we are looking for a
Project Lead (m/w/d) Group ERP:
Your Tasks:
- Lead the groupwide implementation of an adequate ERP system within Detia Degesch Group
- Be the head of the international project team aligning with external implementation partners
- Contribute to harmonized processes by triggering, moderating and finalizing user requirements and potentials for efficiency enhancements
- Evaluate best practice within the system and interfaces based on identified business opportunities
- Support in deciding on the adequate system to be chosen
- Ensure proper execution of the overall project plan including testing, documentation, training, cutover and hypercare, plan and coordinate the rollout phase and adhere to planned budget and schedule
- Organize to document local process deviations
- Establish necessary structures to transfer project activities into a suppporting ERP organization
- Be the contact person for internal and external project stakeholders regarding the ERP system and the related buiness processes
Our Expectations:

IT or business administration background: successfully completed studies in business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering or similar

Project professional: proven track record of successful implementations of ERP systems, methodological competence in project management and agile methods, focused to deliver on-time and on-budget, knowledge of the chemical industry and/or service industry

Process knowhow: Being acquainted with process flow visualization, state-of-the-art ERP solutions, especially SAP S/4 HANA and Microsoft Dynamics, and used to lead technical analysis into efficient decision-making

Communication and cooperation:strong communication skills and ability to align different views into one common picture with having possible technical solutions on your mind. German and English language skills are mandatory, Spanish advantageuous.
