Company Description

As an automotive supplier, DENSO is leading in developing and providing components and systems for heating, air conditioning, motor cooling, exhaust gas aftertreatment, automotive electrics and electronics and instrumentation.

For our office in Wegberg we are looking for an
intern (M/F/d) in our Electronics Department

Your tasks will be:

Hardware verification support for Electronic Control Unit (ECU)
Internal Test Plan preparation
Internal Test Report preparation
Testbench setup
Testbench verification
Test Execution of electrical verification
Accompanying EMC test at external EMC laboratory
ECU sample modification, soldering
Testbench modification
Wire harness preparation / modification

You will also work on:

Testbench operation
Thermal Chamber operation
Current / Voltage measurement by oscilloscope or datalogger
Temperature measurement by thermoviewer or thermocouple
Spectrum measurement
Perform ESD test
Failure investigation, Reproduction test

Qualifications

Enrolled in an electronicsrelated study program and interest in the automotive industry;
First experience with ECU testing:
Team player that likes to take on tasks and responsibilities proactively;
Fluent skills in written and spoken English to communicate with internal and external stakeholders;
Driver's License
