For our team in Berlin we are looking for a
Influencer Marketing Manager (div/f/m) who is passionate about Influencer Marketing, true to the motto: 'i know it, i like it, i love it, i live it' and shows us which Influencer Network we have been missing so far.

YOUR TASKS

Identifying, acquiring and negotiating new influencer collaborations with a strong focus on longterm relationships;
Developing creative and authentic concepts for influencer marketing campaigns while contributing to their operational implementation;
Analysis and development of relevant KPIs, reporting and budget allocation;
Researching new trends and creating concrete recommendations for action to take our campaigns to the next level;
Identifying and acquiring suitable influencers with a wide reach:
Negotiating sustainable partnerships and internal experts.

YOU

Have at least 2+ years of practical experience in the areas of influencer marketing, social media communication and digital media
Know social media like Instagram and TikTok inside out and have successfully completed a degree in media science and/or business administration
Have a very good overview of the German influencer landscape and are always up to date when it comes to social media trends
Work in a very structured and independent manner and are data and performance oriented
You can negotiate well and have a strong sense for the interests of both sides our wellknown clients as well as the content creators.
You like to work towards challenging goals and celebrate them as a team.
Are a true team player, empathetic and love dealing with people
Speak and write German at a native speaker level & have a very good command of English
