Full Time 38.5Do you enjoy projectrelated sometimes international work as well as detailed work on topics? Are you a strong communicator and have the relevant experience? Then we are looking for you to join the Cabin Crew Management Team.

Please note this role supports our Cabin Crew community and is NOT a Cabin Crew position.

The role is offered on a Fixed Term Contract basis for up tp 12 months and we are happy to consider a hybrid working model with approximately 1 to 2 days per week based onsite at our local office at Hannover Airport.

ABOUT THE JOB

Organisation and coordination of all cabin training formats with the relevant interfaces (e.g. basic courses, refresher courses, service & commercial training) as well as support in the recruitment of new flight attendants
Development of training guides, lesson and flow plans for the cabin
Further development of existing training formats and conception of new ones in cooperation with TUI Airline
Coordination and contact person for the Customer Experience & Cabin Crew trainers (organisation of trainer meetings, qualification of trainers, integration of new trainers, etc.)
Support and, if necessary, management of projects with a focus on training and education in cooperation with the TUI airline
Contact person for uniform topics for the cabin crews as well as further development of the uniform wearing regulations and back office processes
General administrative activities as well as the writing and publication of internal tenders and work instructions such as OPS Notam, BlueTAMs, Briefing Box Cabin, etc.
Further development, organisation, support, as well as preparation and followup of the selection procedures for the continued employment of temporary flight attendants (season selection)

ABOUT YOU

Completed vocational training in the commercial sector as well as experience in office administration required
Experience as a project manager agent in complex projects with interdisciplinary project teams, preferably necessary in an international environment
At least good knowledge of MS Office
Selfreliant and independent way of working
High level of commitment and resilience
Quick comprehension, abstraction, assertiveness and mediation skills
Strong communication skills and commitment
Ability to deal with conflict and assertiveness as well as organisational talent
Ability to work in a team and empathy
High level of motivation and enthusiasm
Confident and confident appearance
Very good knowledge of German and English
