We are looking for an
Working Student/ Intern (M/F/d) Content Publication and Communication D&I working mainly in home office or at one of our German sites for a duration of at least 12 months.

The working student/ intern will support the working area
Digital & Information, Communication & Change.

Tasks:


  • Content creation to support D&I communication in line with analysed demands (internal & external channels)
  • Creation of Story Telling Content for the defined Stakeholders
  • Video production, editing and publishing
  • Visual content creation (imagery, photography)
  • Community Management on all Channels for D&I (posting, driving discussions)
  • Creating new communication ideas to support knowledge management and sharing within Digital & Information
  • Running Analytics to measure success of D&I communication and content impact
  • Content calendar management
  • Creating and analysing online surveys to improve information flows
  • Training about impacting and spot on communication
  • Creating D&I Vlogs & Blog content to bring D&I closer to all Stakeholders

Required profile:


  • Student / recent graduate
  • Strong communicator
  • Copywriting skill in English
  • Developped Video creation and editing skills to create excellent video content
  • Graphical design skills to create imagery for postings and story telling
  • Photography skills
  • Content creator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowing and using a wide digital tool set for content creation and content communication
  • Ability to communicate effectively with defined stakeholders
  • Creativity and thinking out of the box
  • Widespread knowledge of current online technologies, social technologies and tools
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Tool Landscape (Office, Teams, Sharepoint etc.)
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken) and German and / or French language skills would be an asset
