Finally, the time has come and you have finished your studies or are about to do so and are looking forward to contributing your acquired knowledge and your creative ideas to our company.

During the 18month trainee program, get to know an international specialty chemicals group from a wide variety of perspectives and prepare yourself for a management career at Evonik.

Together with you, we will design the program individually according to your focus and interests.

Starting on September 1, 2023, you will work on exciting and challenging projects in the various areas and business units of the Group.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to get involved in a project on social and/or sustainable issues. These activities take place together with other Evonik trainees. The program also includes a three-month stay abroad.

Integrated into the Group network, you will learn from the best and be accompanied by a senior manager as a mentor. We look forward to the journey together with you

Responsibilities:

Get to know the different areas and business units at Evonik in depth. Projects in the areas of Marketing & Sales, Sustainability and Strategy are firmly scheduled. All other project topics and areas of assignment, such as Controlling, HR, Innovation, Production, and Procurement, will be determined together according to your interests and focus.
Get to know the relevant control tools and processes of a global corporation onthejob
Take on your own project responsibility in a team where we work together for success and support each other
Expand your technical and methodological skills together with trainees from other functional areas and build up a professional network
Requirements:
Above
average degree in science/technology with a business focus or business administration degree
First practical experience (for example through internships)
Experience abroad, e.g. in the context of a semester abroad or an internship
Very good knowledge of German and English as well as mobility throughout Germany and internationally
Very good communication skills as well as interdisciplinary cooperation skills, first project management experience
Outstanding analytical skills, independence and sense of responsibility
