Working Student HR Support


Part-time: hrs/week

JustPlay is looking for a Working Student hrs/week) to support our HR/People & Culture team.

If you are interested in topics such as New Work, remote teams, employee experience etc., and learning more about how dynamic Human Resources is at a Startup, this is the perfect role for you Together with our HR Lead, you will be entrusted with different topics along the employee lifecycle and have the opportunity to leave your mark on a vast array of People & Culture projects.

Tasks

  • People Operations: You support daytoday administrative tasks, such as maintaining our HRIS tool uptodate, drafting employee documents, etc.
  • Employer Branding: will create content for different channels, promote new ways of working at IT and act as a culture ambassador
  • Employee Experience: You support the HR Lead and JustPlay in building an outstanding employee experience for every JustPlayer (including supporting onboarding, culture initiatives, team events, etc.)

Requirements:


  • You are currently pursuing a university degree in a related field (International Management, Psychology, Resources Management etc.)
  • You have great communication skills in German and English
  • You are based in Berlin and can work 1 day/week from the office
  • Ideally, you were able to gain initial experience in human resources during an internship or working student job
  • You are a highly empathetic person, who works in a structured, independent and reliable manner
