    Über die Position

    Zur Verstärkung unseres Foodservice-Teams in Düsseldorf suchen wir eine:n Group Account Lead – Großhändler. Wenn Du eine begeisterte, proaktive und erfahrene Verkaufsperson mit Unternehmergeist bist, dann ist diese spannende Position genau der richtige Job für dich Du bist verantwortlich für das Großhandels-KAM-Team und betreust unser gesamtes Foodservice-Händler-Kundenportfolio in der DACH-Region.

    Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung, Coaching und Entwicklung eines dynamischen Teams von nationalen und regionalen Key Account Managern
  • Aufstellung jährlicher strategischer, wachstumsorientierter Pläne für unsere derzeitigen Großhandelskunden
  • Identifizierung, Verfolgung und Schließung von Wachstumschancen und Gewinnung neuer Kunden
  • Erreichen der Umsatz- und Margenziele für eine Gruppe von Kunden in Deutschland
  • Business Development und Präsentation eines wertorientierten Verkaufsansatzes bei unseren Kunden und Suche nach neuen Wegen, um auf dem Markt zu wachsen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Channel/QSR-Team, Category-, Finanz-, Marketing- und S&OP-Teams, um die Ausführung der Pläne zu gewährleisten und unseren Kunden optimal zu betreuen

    • Deine Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Key Account Management mit den wichtigsten Foodservice-Unternehmen auf dem deutschen Markt
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Struktur des Lebensmittelgroßhandels in Deutschland (z.B. Chefs Culinar, GV Food union, Edeka FS, etc.)
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Führung, des Coachings und der Entwicklung von mehreren Key Account Managern
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Forecasting und Finanzplanung
  • Umsetzung der Geschäftsstrategie bei verschiedenen Kundenkanälen
  • Phänomenaler Teamkollege und empathische Führungskraft
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
