Your Role:

Conducting and documenting tastings
Engaging in sensory evaluations
Organizing and executing NMR analyses while promptly addressing any deviations
Managing complaint resolutions and tracking corrective actions
Evaluating storage and retrieval practices
Verifying MHD extensions
Fulfilling QArelated duties during factory trials
Active participation in safety rounds

Your Qualities:

Possession of an academic certification (statecertified food technician) coupled with extensive industry experience
Prior exposure to project management or personnel oversight
Proficiency in sensory discernment
Sound knowledge of raw materials and product dynamics
Fluency in both written and verbal German and English languages
