We are looking for a dedicated Head of Retail Operations (M/F/d) for our team with immediate effect, who will support our Retail Operations team in inspiring customers for our brands HUGO and BOSS with passion and know-how.

Stellenbeschreibung:

What you can expect:

You are leading our Employees and Manager (Retail Operations, Retail Training, Retail Expansion, Retail IT and Retail FM)
You are responsible for Planning, Coordination, Controlling and Execution of Retail Actions and Acitivities in all Countries of Central Hub (e.g. Sale, Challenges, Competitions, Trainings, Weekly Trading Actions, Strategic Actions and Projects, Retail Calender)
Your task is to process Controlling and Operational Maintenance of POS (e.g. Customer Service, General Storemanagement, Logistics, NPM, Facility Management, IT, Portfolio Coordination, Opening Management)
You are in the Lead fpr the POS
Administration such as Reporting, Stock Controlling, Invoice Management
Headoffice Interfacemanagement and coordination (Marketing, Merchandise Management, Global Retail Service, Loss & Prevention, NPM)
You are responsible for Integration of current IT and FM services within all markets and to extend all needed structural changes and processes for Germany and Austria (only until December)

Profil:

Your profile:

You have a completed Bachelor

- or Master Degree in economics or similar education

You habe a professional english level
You have significant Retail

- and Leading experience as well as experience in Remote Leading

You are secure in handling with Office programs
You have high analytical & rhetorical skills such as a stron process orientation
Your qualities include organisational talent and a passion for premium fashion
Willingness to travel is mandatory
