The Head of Organizational Change is enabling our global organization and people to deal successfully with the continuous changes across Allianz Technology along the journey towards becoming the Tech Partner of choice.

The scope covers change advisory of strategic initiatives and capability building to increase the organizational maturity of our organization with the aim of ensuring business success.


You will

  • Develop, shape and drive measures to improve changerelated challenges to accelerate global transformation along strategic initiatives and ensure a connect between those initiatives
  • Disciplinary leadership of the Organizational Change Team and functional leadership of global Change Chapter members
  • Accompany the agile transformation of Allianz Technology
  • Ensure understanding and buyin of AZ Technology management and employees towards the AZ Technology strategy and (agile) transformation
  • Enable the global organization to master growth and continuous change by creating necessary capabilities in leading change
  • Shape and support professional change management approach in strategic business projects
  • Maintain and develop the change management methodology
  • Define Change Management KPIs for major change initiatives and ensure to meet targets
  • Steer two major global Change Communities (global Change Management Chapter and Change Agent Network) to ensure implementation of central change initiatives across all regions and locations

Your skills

  • 7+ Years of Experience in Change Management related roles, ideally in large international corporations
  • 2 years of (functional) leadership experience
  • Strong Change Management industry knowledge, methodology and expertise about latest trends and tools
  • Experience in Agile ways of working
  • Strong lateral leadership skills and empathy
  • Ability to deal with complexity
  • Solid understanding of business, organization, and current challenges of an IT Service provider with regards to Change Management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Strong drive to shape, innovate and show impact
  • Experience in working in a hybrid and global work setups
  • High customerorientation, business understanding, pragmatic and solutionfocused approach
  • Fluency in English required
