Your role

  • Do you want to gain experience in the Human Resources development and training department of one of the globally leading financial institutions? You take a great interest in HR topics and can quickly work your way into highly complex topics? You take delight in working in an international working environment with a close link to senior management?
  • We're looking for someone who can provide businessrelated services and is able to support the Human Resources Germany with main focus on HR training and development.
  • As a HR trainee, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the German development and training needs and you will provide support inter alia in the following topics:
  • Delivery of trainings;
  • Development of training;
  • Project coordination of trainees and interns in Germany;
  • Organizing and meetings.

July 01sth, 2023

Your expertise

  • At least in the third semesters at a university, preferably with a focus on banking/finance, psychology, economics, law, or similar

Furthermore you are:

  • You are curious and eager to learn about HR training and development topics;
- interested in in HR Development and training;
- extensive past experience with MS Office (emphasis on power point);
- excellent proficiency in spoken and written English;
- good communication and presentation skills;
- feeling comfortable to interact with colleagues at different organisation of all levels.
