We have already digitised the packaging procurement of numerous satisfied customers and helped them save many tonnes of plastic - but that's just the beginning.

Tasks

You negotiate with suppliers from our partner network to ensure the best prices and conditions for customer requests
You help to build strong relationships with our suppliers and identify gaps in our supplier network that need to be closed to improve the competitiveness of our platform
You work closely with our packaging technology department on customer projects and support the purchasing of products
You develop concepts, tools and structures for the development and scaling of our purchasing area
You help with day to day operational work such as PO, OC creations and confirmation

Requirements:

Relevant experience in purchasing and procurement or customer support ideally in an FMCG environment and/or packaging industry.
Strong analytical thinking and numerical skills
Affinity for technical topics (packaging can be quite techheavy ) or at least you're not afraid to delve into technical content
Reliability and structured way of working even in phases of high stress
Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages (German, French) are an advantage
