- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues related to automotive manufacturing processes, products, and services.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 26262, IATF 16949, GDPR).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance considerations into product design, development, and testing phases.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters, including training programs and workshops.
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate external audits and assessments conducted by regulatory agencies or third-party auditors.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive compliance, risk management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of automotive industry regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., ISO 26262, IATF 16949, NHTSA regulations).
