Tasks:

You will advise the international organisation on all legal issues in private and public commercial law, specifically general civil law, contract law, IT law, general terms and conditions, antitrust and competition law.
You will assist our specialist departments with the design and legal review of contracts and accompany them during contract negotiations (if necessary by external law firms).
You will also collaborate with and manage outside law firms.
You take over the implementation and coordination of processes, arbitration proceedings and official procedures
You carry out tasks in the area of corporate governance / corporate housekeeping and support the organization in the coordination and implementation of corporate law processes, registrations and entries
You are the internal contact person for compliance issues and ensure that they are processed (if necessary by external law firms).

Requirements:

You have several years of professional experience in a commercial company or a law firm specialising in commercial law
You are a lawyer with the 1st and 2nd German state examinations (at least once fully satisfactory)
You have very good knowledge of civil and commercial law, particularly contract law and IT law
Professional experience/knowledge in the areas of compliance and antitrust law is an advantage
Fluent in German and English
You have negotiation skills and assertiveness paired with the ability to work in a team
You have excellent communication skills and a high degree of independence, initiative and resilience
