Your mission:

You have an overview of our monthly incoming and outgoing invoices
You take care of smooth payment transactions
You keep track of outstanding receivables and, if necessary, send reminders for them
You report the current figures to our management and controlling on a monthly basis
You help to build up our finance department sustainably
You support management and controlling in the search for and implementation of an ERP system

Your profile:

You are familiar with DATEV and Office programs
You have a degree in business administration or business training with a focus on accounting or as a tax clerk
Knowledge of working with accounting software
Possibly already experience in the search and implementation of an ERP system
Professional experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable accounting
Ability to familiarize yourself with new accounting systems
Expertise knowledge of German accounting regulations
