Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (M/F/d) to start as soon as possible.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all incoming customer orders from the receipt of the order to the arrival of the goods at the customer.

As the linchpin of the entire process, you will collaborate with various departments within the company, such as shipping, production, technology, and accounting.

You will play a crucial part in driving efficiency and innovation within the team, ultimately contributing to the success of the overall department.

Responsibiities:


  • Utilize the merchandise management system to process incoming customer orders efficiently.
  • Act as a link between customer service and other company departments, fostering seamless communication and cooperation.
  • Plan and organize customer orders received on a weekly basis.
  • Handle the execution of customer orders, including preparation of delivery notes and invoices.
  • Manage customers all over the globe.
  • Prepare necessary customs documents for shipment, such as export declarations, certificates of origin.
  • Accurately document and maintain records of customs documents and related information.
  • Verify and record incoming invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage data collection and maintenance in the merchandise management system, including updating new addresses and articles.

Requirements:


  • Completed training or bachelors in the commercial field.
  • Experience in customer service within a related industry is desirable.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems, such as Sage 100 or SAP.
  • Indepth understanding and experience with customs import and export requirements.
  • Business fluency in English and German.
  • Knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Sage.
