Job Description:

As
Administrator (M/F/d) - Debtor Control within the department EU Business Operations, you will support your team on following tasks:

Tracking and controlling of open differences in excel lists and ERP-System
Follow up and communication with internal and external customers
Prepare documentation for invoice writing
Prepare monthly debtor report
Support on all arising tasks within the team

Qualifications:

Commercial education or a comparable qualification
Knowledge of finance is an advantage
Analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
Reliable, structured, independent and proactive way of working
Intercultural competence and ability to work in a team
Very good written and spoken German and English (business language is English)
