Responsibilities:

Responsible for all administrative and organizational issues related to human resources (full handling of the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding)
Preparation of employment contracts, certificates and all personnelrelated documents
Supporting and advising our managers and employees in all questions relating to Human Resources and labor law
Support in recruiting
Preparation of payroll accounting for our external service provider, as well as payroll auditing and followup activities
Further development and optimization of HR processes as well as their digitalization to ensure a structured and efficient process in Human Resources
Participation in HR projects

Qualifications:

Completed commercial vocational training with additional qualification as a Human Resources Specialist
Good knowledge of company constitution, labor and social security law
35 years of professional experience in the operational personnel work of an internationally active company
Organizational talent with the ability to prioritize effectively
High degree of flexibility and a resultoriented way of thinking and acting, even in times of high workloads
Willingness to create new ideas, pleasure to bring in and implement own ideas
