Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for all administrative and organizational issues related to human resources (full handling of the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding)
  • Preparation of employment contracts, certificates and all personnelrelated documents
  • Supporting and advising our managers and employees in all questions relating to Human Resources and labor law
  • Support in recruiting
  • Preparation of payroll accounting for our external service provider, as well as payroll auditing and followup activities
  • Further development and optimization of HR processes as well as their digitalization to ensure a structured and efficient process in Human Resources
  • Participation in HR projects

Qualifications:


  • Completed commercial vocational training with additional qualification as a Human Resources Specialist
  • Good knowledge of company constitution, labor and social security law
  • 35 years of professional experience in the operational personnel work of an internationally active company
  • Organizational talent with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • High degree of flexibility and a resultoriented way of thinking and acting, even in times of high workloads
  • Willingness to create new ideas, pleasure to bring in and implement own ideas
