About the job

As an Lead Enterprise Architect for Digital Foundation Services, your main responsibilities are to deliver value for customers by acting as trusted advisor to the customer leadership teams, providing guidance and creating actionable technology strategies, transformation roadmaps & solutions for customer's Digital Foundation landscape (Public & Hybrid Cloud, Enterprise, Enterprise Network Services, Digital Workplace, Automation and Orchestration services).

This role will require you to act as the lead architect/account CTO for HCL Digital Foundation key client(s).

You will be taking the lead in customer's engagement for HCL's strategic accounts making sure all parts of the engagement are aligned to create valuable and actionable outputs to accelerate the customer's Digital transformation journey wrt to underlying Digital Foundation adoption and creating business value.

You'll be working closely with customer's IT stakeholders as well as HCL internal teams being a trusted advisor delivering the right solutions to meet business needs.

You will engage with HCL's Technology Evangilists, Center of Excellence teams, delivery teams and client partners to pro-actively identify areas of strategic engagements with the client brining in new ideas, transformation solutions and ideas to the table.

As part of the engagement you will also work closely with architects embedded in these accounts to drive initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Help customers in their endtoend Digital Foundation (Hybrid & Public Cloud, Digital Workplace, Enterprise Networks, Automation & Orchestration) journey.
Helping customers to create Digital Foundation (Digital infrastructure and workplace) strategy, adoption and execution roadmaps.
Represent HCL in various technology forums with the customer(s) brining in technology thought leadership in such interactions.
Helping customers to create operational models and organisational structures to support Digital foundation technology adoption
Building business cases, TCO and ROI models to support the initiatives
Work as a trust advisor for the customer, create and identify opportunities. Work with larger HCL teams and ensure these opportunities are converted to projects with actions.
Convert strategies and initiatives to actionable statement of work thus leading to tangible revenue for HCL.

Qualifications:

Experience in similar customer facing role driving and engaging with senior stakeholders
Demonstratable skills to think strategically on business, technical, and organisational challenges
Experience from delivering largescale Digital Infrastructure and workplace change projects in highly complex enterprise environments
Independently drive customer conversation and willing to guide and collaborate with larger teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Hands on experience in Hybrid Cloud Transformations, Cloud migrations, Data Center consolidation & migration, Network & Network security solutions, Digital workplace Solutions etc.
Data driven with analytical skills, with more than 15+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years in similar role.

Technical Skills

Good understanding of Digital Foundation Technologies & solutions (Hybrid Cloud, Public Cloud, Digital Workplace, Enterprise Networks, Automation & Orchestration).
Good understanding of Digital workplace strategy and solutions
Experience in one of the three major public clouds AWS, Azure or GCP.
Well versed with Hybrid Cloud security solutions, including Cloud native security
Experience in Cloud assessment, DC and Cloud migration approach and methodol
Understanding & experience (preferred) in Cloud native such as containers, Kubernetes ,Cloud PaaS services.
Good understanding of Cloud service management/Operating
