If you like to keep things in order, impress people with your manual skills and always have an open ear for the needs of our team, then you've come to the right place We would be delighted if you could help us organize our events and keep our office in good shape.


Your daily doing will involve:


  • You take care of the maintenance of our office in the center of Würzburg and help us with its arrangement.
  • You assemble and repair furniture and ensure that our kitchen equipment always works.
  • You will be involved in our annual "CRM Experience" conference. Here you help with setting up and dismantling and come up with creative solutions to minor problems.

Your profile:


  • You have a talent for craftsmanship and have already proven your suitability in several projects
  • You have training in the electrical sector or an electrical license and are able to repair a broken electrical appliance (but not necessarily).
  • You are flexible in terms of time.
  • You are creative, reliable and pragmatic and are happy to lend a helping hand.
  • You like having people around you and are a positive person.
  • You speak very good German and ideally also some English.
  • If you are retired, this would also be a perfect match
  • You have a class B driver's license
