- Collaborate with the credit & collections team to assess payment status for Trimble accounts
- Handle dispute management with customers, striving for positive outcomes that benefit both the customer and Trimble
- Engage in collection activities, including email communication, sending statements and reminders, issuing invoices, and processing customer payments
- Record all customer interactions and collection efforts in the collection software system.
- Generate requested reports for credit & collections associates and other internal stakeholders like business unit controllers
- Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements, efficient time management, and effective change management
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Additional experience considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of XX years of credit/collections experience with progressively increasing responsibilities, preferably in a publicly traded company with multiple legal entities
- Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and account reconciliation skills
- Must have effective negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Must be able to use verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a positive and constructive manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite at an advanced level.
