WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

First experience in recruitment and managing an endtoend recruiting process within a corporate environment
Ability to initiate and drive projects in Talent Acquisition
Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written

Flexibility & adaptability with a high degree of emotional intelligence

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be a strong part of our Global HR Team and lift our Talent Acquisition activities across our locations in UK and Germany to the next level
Drive and evolve our endtoend recruiting process for our open positions
As a trusted Recruitment Business Partner you give advice and share Best Practices within our team and to our Hiring Manage
Initiate and participate in team projects to further improve and develop the talent acquisition processes
