Onnec is looking for a new
Global Procurement Specialist who will take over the full responsibility for the Procurement activities in
Germany whilst supporting the Global Procurement team when required.

What you'll be doing as our Global Procurement Specialist:

• Sourcing best quality materials
• Evaluation of suppliers and their production and sales capacities
• Building strategic supplier relationships
• Ensuring ordering and timely delivery of materials
• Review of existing contracts & price negotiations
• Predicting costs, availability and suitability of materials
• Solving problems with suppliers
• Updating and maintaining the procurement system
• Preparing required reports and analysis

What we're looking for in our Global Procurement Specialist:

• 
  _German language is preferred but not essential_:
• Experience in data network procurement and strategic procurement management
• Manage the vendor suppliers, negotiation and support manager procurement generalist
• CIPS level 4 upwards or currently studying towards.

- broad experience in different categories such as - technology, marketing, professional services.

• High level of energy, enthusiasm and professionalism with a "can do"attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Extensive stakeholder management experience (internal and external).
• Good Microsoft skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent skills in building new business relationships, sourcing new suppliers
• Ideally experience in Sage Line 500
