You will be part of the Sales Development team, which focuses on creating business opportunities for Account Executives through both outbound and inbound channels.

Your day-to-day tasks will include researching potential clients, directly engaging with customers, and supporting ad-hoc strategic projects. Specifically, we are currently investing in our smallest customer segment (up to 49 employees).

Within this segment, you will take direct ownership of building process infrastructure, managing client requests, and even directly closing deals with customers yourself.


What's the job?

  • We're a growing team, and everybody gets their hands dirty don't expect boring routines, do expect to work directly with colleagues across different teams, taking ownership and having a direct impact from day one
  • Support us in improving our sales and outbound strategies for Leapsome
  • Develop, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve our inbound lead generation strategies.
  • Be involved in implementing projects and key decisions
  • Assume the role of a Business Development Manager by generating leads, advising clients, and securing new business within our smallest customer segment.
  • Join in on demo calls and sales pitches with our experienced Account Executives

Who are we looking for?

  • You're an entrepreneurial selfstarter and like to get things done; in the past, you've proven that you truly owned the projects you were assigned.
  • You have or are in the process of getting a college or university degree. You love to think analytically, can do your own research and filter and process relevant information.
  • You are fluent in
    English in written and spoken form
  • You communicate openly and to the point
  • You are passionate about the future of work; you want to go beyond talking about it and actively shape it instead.
  • Ideally, you have always wanted to be involved in the development and implementation of new and innovative ideas.
  • Bonus:
  • You already have experience in sales and/or market research
  • You have previous experience in SaaS or HR-Tech
  • Knowledge of German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Nordic Languages is a plus
