We're looking for a
Senior Marketing Design Lead to lead a team of marketing and motion designers in creating high-quality visual content for our product.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the design team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional visual content that aligns with our brand and product vision.

Requirements:

As the Senior Marketing Design Lead, you will need to be proficient in design software like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, as well as have experience with motion design.

You will need to have a strong understanding of design trends, tools, and technologies, as well as user experience design principles and best practices.

A data-driven mindset and output-oriented approach will be necessary to ensure the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

Your role will include leading a team of around 10 marketing and motion designers, managing incoming project flow, distributing tasks, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality designs.

You will also be responsible for reviewing the work of team members and providing feedback to ensure their growth and development.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.

You should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you will be working with cross-functional teams to drive marketing design projects.

In addition to the required skills, prior experience in a fast-paced company like a tech startup and working with multiple products or product verticals will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of ~10 Marketing and Motion Designers.
Manage incoming project flow, distribute tasks, and ensure timely delivery of highquality designs.
Review the work of team members and provide feedback to ensure their growth and development.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive marketing design projects.
Ensure all assets are delivered in line with the corporate visual identity (CVI).
Continuously improve the design process, document and implement best practices.
Report on results and progress to senior leadership.
