- Together with you, we plan three to four rotations in which you will take on both operational and strategic tasks in central controlling and business unit controlling. In this way, we prepare you together for your later target function.
- Right from the start, you will be given independent responsibility for (sub-)projects. In addition, you can contribute your ideas and creativity to the development of digital controlling tools. Further you will have the opportunity to work in AI projects.
- As a contact person for the management, you will be involved in the reporting of a business unit. In addition to the preparation and visualization of data, you will derive recommendations for action and thus actively support the management.
- An assignment of three to six months abroad or to another corporate unit is an integral part of the program.

- master's degree in the field of economics, business administration with a focus on accounting and controlling or business informatics

RESPONSIBILITIES
Over a period of 18 to 24 months, you will have the opportunity to get to know the different business units of BASF Coatings and to gain deep insights into the controlling units. At the same time, you will build up a valuable and international network in the world's largest chemical company.
