A Snapshot of Your Day

  • As a Commercial Sales Manager (f/m/d) you are responsible for intensifying the development, implementation and standardisation of service concepts and growth strategies worldwide.
  • You are in direct contact with regions, customers and partners and independently find your value contribution in the cooperation as well as useful aspects for the overall growth perspective.
    How You'll Make an Impact
  • Commercial management and entrepreneurial backbone of our technical business development: worldwide intensification of the development, implementation as well as standardization of service concepts and growth strategies
  • Proactive solution finder and counterpart on eye level for all commercial needs of our technical portfolio champions in the markets for HVDC / FACTS / Grid Access / Renewables / SIEAERO as well as our Product and Portfolio Management
  • Responsibility for growth initiatives and commercial opportunity management including capacity, project and business planning
  • Development of business models, contract specifications, costing guidelines and portfoliospecific pricing strategies as well as analysis and push of regional price and portfolio implementation
  • You are responsible for defining cooperation concepts with customers and strategic partners. This could mean diverse setups from small customer service offering up to large cooperation
  • You connect directly with regions, customers and partners and independently find your value contribution in the collaboration as well as beneficial aspects for the overall growth perspective
  • You advise and support the regions and partners in the strategic setup and for dedicated service projects on all commercial issues including the bidding and execution process

What You Bring

  • An intrinsic entrepreneurial edge with a strong commercial base enriched by deep interest on technology
  • Experience in power transmission industry and strong understanding on power transmission markets, business models and respective commercial structures
  • Experience in driving G2M of innovative technologies and implementing new business models
  • Experience in bid costing, customers' project structures and international tenders, ideally knowledge of power transmission (HVDC, FACTS, switchgear, etc.) and product lifecycle management
  • Mindset between customer focus, innovation, and proactiveness
