About us

At VisioLab we bring cutting-edge technology to every point-of-sale around the world and help industries such as food services, sports entertainment and grocery stores to transform the way they do business.

We serve customers both big and small, ranging from multinational corporations to public institutions. VisioLab was founded in 2019 and is backed by some Top-Tier venture capital firms.

In the past years we have grown rapidly and are now a team of over 20 people with diverse backgrounds and skills.

Our team is spread across the globe, and headquartered in Osnabrueck.

The role

We are looking for an ambitious, friendly and outgoing person to support us set up the fundamentals of our "People and Culture" department.

Because we were in the early stages of a business, our primary focus was on developing the product and bringing it to market.

We eventually created a solid team with bright folks and a strong emphasis on operational excellence.

As we enter the next stage of company growth, we will focus on developing a people and culture strategy that takes us beyond being an exciting place to work.

Our underlying principles, trust in one another, and the amount of flexibility in making decisions were significant drivers in attracting and retaining the greatest employees.

It is now your responsibility to create culture a repeatable, flexible, and sustainable process for attracting and engaging the greatest skills and individuals.

What you'll do

You will create our rapid and sustainable growth route in collaboration with management.
Collaborate directly with our teams to learn about various departments and responsibilities, all while assisting us in locating and actively approaching the best individuals around the world.
Engage passive applicants and grow our strategic talent streams
Be innovative and implement employer branding activities to assist us attract top employees and make VisioLab the desired workplace.
You'll engage with a talent community, plan and execute events such as meetups and hackathons
You actively influence culture by organizing team events and activities

What you'll bring

You should ideally be enrolled in business administration, psychology, or a comparable discipline and have prior expertise with "people & culture"
You make things happen and are driven by the desire to have a genuine effect on the company's success.
You are curious and actively engage with others thanks to your strong communication skills in German and English.
You are innovative and daring in your efforts to make a difference in our culture
You thrive in a fastpaced atmosphere and enjoy being pushed by challenging tasks and deadlines.
