Job Summary/Purpose

:


Reporting to the Head Security & Investigations this role will lead and manage the development and implementation of the Sandoz Product Security program, destined to protect Sandoz patients, products, and reputation from the threat of pharmaceutical crime, illicit trade and theft through timely detection, investigation and reporting of incidents and creating the conditions to bring counterfeiters and illegal traders to justice.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to

:

Drive the Sandoz Product Security program. Contribute to the implementation of a program governance structure and oversee the implementation of an internal control and stakeholder management framework. Be responsible for the delivery and imple-mentation of the objectives and deliverables toward the program strategy and imple-mentation roadmap as endorsed by the program governance bodies.

Plan, agree, lead and coordinate the implementation of strategic priorities (e.g., mar-ket/online monitoring, enforcement activities), maintain visibility of investigations and operations, manage risk-mitigating projects to safeguard the integrity of Sandoz prod-ucts and supply chain.

Oversee pertinent Corporate Security Responsibility obligations: plan and lead the preparation and timely issue key internal/external reports, such as WHO reports, Sandoz in Society report submission, the Access to Medicines Index submission as well as internal reports to governance bodies and decision-makers. Support on ad-hoc reporting requirements, such as SEC and Board requests.

Triage and review (risk-based) lines of inquiry from multiple internal or external sources and lead and coordinate investigations into incidents of suspected falsified Sandoz products and supply chain security breaches.

Coordinate and support local, regional and transnational enforcement cases in close collaboration with the Sandoz Legal team. Ensure that an effective collaboration takes place, for each enforcement case, with all key internal business stakeholders (e.g., Le-gal, QA, NCA, Comms).

Provide and oversee quality assurance for cases records in the Corporate Security case management system to ensure accurate, reliable and up to date monthly, quar-terly and yearly reports.

- **Develop and maintain governance documents up to date and closely work with part-ner functions creating/updating the program's presentation materials. Draft position and/or recommendation papers on product
- and supply chain security-related topics.**:


  • Champion and promote Training & Awareness activities with Sandoz associates and external stakeholders (e.g., Police, Customs, Health authorities) to raise awareness about pharmaceutical crime and industry counterstrategies.

Maintain effective working relationships, operational collaboration and information ex-change with key internal and external partners (e.g., Interpol, WCO, WHO), relevant in-dustry associations (e.g., PSI, EFPIA), regulatory and government authorities (e.g., FDA, EMA, national Health Authorities) and non-government organizations to develop prod-uct security/anti-counterfeiting advocacy, risk-awareness and stakeholder engage-ment as well as intelligence sharing opportunities. Represent Sandoz Corporate Secu-rity at external stakeholder meetings as required.

Drive and contribute to the development and enhancement of technical product au-thentication/testing and digital reporting platforms. Monitor the evolution of supply chain / distribution channel security-related technologies and assess their efficiency and adaptability.

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role

:

years' experience in an international/global environment.

  • Experience in Product Security, anticounterfeiting strategies, antiillicit trade investigations and / or supply chain security. Recent experience within pharmaceutical or healthcare industry ideal.
  • A law enforcement / litigation / law / FCPA-SOX investigations or Corporate Security background desirable.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Business report writing skills essential. Others European languages an advantage.
