Marketing Director Europe and Global Growth Markets (GGM) will lead and develop the EU and Global Growth Markets (GGM) Marketing Center of Excellence dedicated to driving sales growth across all regions through customer and distributor engagement.


Responsibilities:


  • Leads the EU and International Marketing Center of Excellence covering the regions: EU, EE, MEAT, CIS, SEA, LATAM.
  • Develop the marketing strategy for the region in alignment with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals including country marketing, events, marketing, operations and solutions portfolio managers.
  • Maximize the activation of new brand and name across multiples channels and events to maximize awareness and customer engagement.
  • Proactively engages with the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities to drive lead creation and funnel development.
  • Oversee regional launch planning and own regional launch dashboards for new product, solutions and services offerings, coordinating and interlocking upstream with global teams and downstream with regional/local teams.
  • Oversee regional thirdparty relationships / sponsorships. Identify global synergies and opportunities to partner and grow with other regions.
  • Build targeted programs to activate pipeline acceleration through CRM and demand generation tools.
  • Provides insights to event planning to align with overall regional and country marketing strategy.
  • Formulate regional market sizing, segmentation and targeting strategies, rolling up to inform the global approach.
  • Create content adapted to channel partners, agents and distributors. Ensure the access and deployment of marketing content through tools and sales channels
  • Responsible for the marketing budget and aligning to the annual operating plan. Ensures the use of Allocadia.
  • Works and aligns with Digital & Communications COE as well the Global Segment leaders.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in the Life Sciences field (musthave),
  • MBA in Marketing and/or Business is a plus,
  • 7+ years of experience leading direct reports,
  • 5+ years of B2B sales and/or marketing experience, budget management, and project management,
  • Fluent in English,
  • A second language is a plus.
  • Global and/or Regional Marketing Experience in the Life Sciences or Diagnostic Field,
  • Experience in working in a multicultural and diverse team,
  • Experience in traveling and working in many countries.

  • Strategic, objectivedriven planning and reporting,
  • B2B sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration,
  • Demand creation implementation and deployment with marketing and sales,
  • Ability to build strategic plans and execute with rigor,
  • Digital marketing experience through CRM's and demand generation tools
  • Social media planning and execution,
  • Track record of working with sales teams and distributors,
  • Ability to manage and control a budget across several regions.
