Ogury's Insights team is looking for an Insights Director to help support the needs of the growing Central Europe business.

This opportunity is a new role with plenty of development and growth opportunities and should be based in Cologne or Amsterdam.


  • As the Insights Director you will lead the insights function across key clients in the region, owning all facets of the business.
  • Ogury's Insights team is part of the sales organisation and the main scope is to help drive sales of Ogury advertising products and partnerships by supporting the commercial teams with meaningful, relevant insights and research.

About the role:


  • Understanding individual market and client needs but finding scalable, cohesive solutions to address these at local and central level
  • Roll out any strategy changes and product updates, working closely with the Product and Product Marketing teams for the GTM
  • Report on Market and Internal adoption of all our products
  • Be the Data & Insights gatekeeper, ensuring sellers are delivering the right pitch. Evaluate sellers' skills, perception of the Data & Insights proposition and monitor product adoption
  • Trainings: support, train and elevate the Sales and Custom Success teams' knowledge on Ogury data and insights and all other 3P by providing regular training program activities
  • Sharing best practices with other Insights Leads and sellers across the organization
  • Partnering with Ogury's Product and Marketing teams to drive trainings and carry out specific product research
  • Proactively contribute to the evolution of Ogury products through ideation and brainstorming sessions, e.g. regular Insights Huddles, Program status meetings or others
  • Contribute to the creation of Go To Market (GTM) materials
  • Own and execute on needs for local market product needs and adaption of GTM strategy
  • The end goal is to be accountable for having the best data possible, providing the best insights on the market with respect to product capabilities
  • Take part in and provide feedback to regular "Program Status" meetings to drive forward the Data topic and influence the roadmap from an insights standpoint
  • Spearheading Beta launches and new concept testing in region of reference

About you:


  • Has 10+ years experience, working with senior clients in a brand, agency or research corporate environment
  • Has a proven track record of working with clients at senior level
  • Has a proactive, cando attitude
  • Media planning & measurement expertise
  • Is able to translate data into a story
  • Enjoys finding solutions to problems
  • Is an experienced presenter
  • Is an excellent storyteller, capable of understanding clients' needs and conveying a vision
  • Experience with measurement eg Kantar, Nielsen etc.
  • Open to occasional business travel
