As
Director Strategic Finance, you will be a key member of our Finance department and play a crucial part in driving important business decisions.

You will provide crucial financial strategic support and guidance to our leadership team to aid our organization's goals and objectives.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial data to derive insights that optimize performance, managing significant finance projects, and leading the development of processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance department.

The position is
unlimited and located in
Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- act as a trusted advisor to the CFO, providing strategic support and guidance on key business decisions, including analyzing financial data and providing recommendations to optimize performance
- manage key finance projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives
- develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance department
- collaborate with the Finance team to prepare quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, and other financial materials
- develop and execute Westwing's investor relations strategy to enhance investor confidence and understanding of the company's business and strategy
- plan and coordinate investor events, including earnings calls, conferences, and roadshows

YOU COME WITH

7+ years of experience in finance or related field (e.g., in consulting)

- strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to develop and analyze complex financial models and develop insights that drive decision-making
- advanced project management skills, including project planning, and stakeholder management
- experience in the field of investor relations is a plus
- strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- strong hands-on mentality and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering results
- excellent communication skills in English and German, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to internal and external stakeholders
