Vice President of Finance who leads our Finance team.

Who you are:

Strategist who can drive the global growth of a fast growing company
Excellent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar discipline. MBA is preferred
5+ years of professional experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Business Consulting, Venture Capital or similar role
Strong strategic, conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
Can show knowledge of accounting principles, taxation rules, international regulations and financial processes
Strong communication skills
Fluent in German and English
Experience with international payment processes in the travel industry is a plus

What you'll do:

Manage overall financing strategy of company including budgeting and liquidity
Conduct structured analysis of markets and companies with M&A potential
Organise structured reporting towards shareholders and manage investor relations
Manage clearing and settlement on a global scale
Work closely with the CEO on setting up internal performance reporting and KPIs
Accountability of all financial operations such as Invoicing, Accounting and Controlling including budgeting, liquidity and cash flow management
Build and maintain effective relationships with Banks, Accounting Offices, Financial Authorities and other stakeholders
