Für unsere international agierende Gruppe suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen: HR Business Partner Global (m/w/d)

  • Aufgabenschwerpunkte
  • Contact person and consultant for managers and employees of the entire SGB
  • SMIT Group as well as proactive support in all HRrelevant topics on a global level.
  • Preparation of analyses and concepts in the area of global personnel planning and development; participation in global talent summits and succession planning concepts.
  • Conceptualisation and elaboration of emerging needs in cooperation with the Recruiting Managers (from job description to job advertisement).
  • Leading and moderating interviews and meetings on a global level.
  • Contributing to the analysis and calculation of salaries/wages based on the respective qualifications.
  • Coaching of managers in all relevant HR topics.
  • Implementation of the valid values and guidelines in the SGB
  • SMIT Group.
  • Implementation of HR controlling in the global group environment and participation in the annual feedback process.
  • Correspondence and cooperation with all global SGB
  • SMIT locations.


  • Profile

  • Completed business studies with a focus on HR management or comparable education or training.
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of HR Business Partner or in the field of human resources.
  • User knowledge of SAP HCM, MS Office and Persis desirable.
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
  • Proactive communication paired with strong interpersonal skills.
  • First project experience in the field of HR as well as SAP HCM desirable.
  • Sound knowledge of labour law, collective agreements and social security law.
  • Experience in facilitating meetings and workshops on a global level an advantage.
