THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As a manager (all genders) you are responsible for the personal and professional development of your employees.

Together with your team, you are responsible for the organization of your area and the achievement of sales targets in our store.

Together with your team, you ensure the optimal merchandise management of the sales floor and develop measures to improve your KPIs.
You prove your intuition for our customers every day by looking at the store from their point of view and by creating the ideal shopping atmosphere with your employees.
You are responsible for personnel management, from employee recruitment and KPIbased workforce planning to the training of new employees.
You live the Zalando values through transparent, authentic and employeeoriented leadership at eye level.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF...

You have several years of professional experience in team management, ideally in stationary retail.
You show initiative, the ability to make decisions and high quality standards.
You have a "think out of the box" mindset.
You enjoy developing and implementing new ideas that make the Zalando offline shopping experience even more attractive and successful.
