ABOUT THE TEAM


The Customer Experience Transformation & Operations team is driving the transformation within SAP's Customer Experience Solutions (CXS) organization while ensuring excellent operations throughout.

With that we support CXS strategic objects to delivers SAP's digital touchpoints, tools & services along the customer journey. We are very open-minded and fun to work with. We look forward to working with you


THE ROLE
Digital Customer Experience is one of SAP's key priorities.

You will work closely with the Transformation and Key Program Leads within the Digital Customer Office and SAP's Digital Customer Experience Program creating internal communication.


The position requires very good communication skills in combination with a genuine service-oriented approach including the ability to anticipate changes and actively present communication format and asset recommendations to the key stakeholders.

You will be an essential member of the team supporting the transformation of cross board teams and individuals towards a better customer experience.

Within the "Operations Office" division of CTG you will be responsible for:

  • Create crisp, informative compelling internal communication formats and assets ensuring key messages are shared with and understood by affected teams and individuals
  • Identify those key messages by listening actively during meetings or reading through information shared (i.e. Board Sprint Meetings, Quarterly Update Calls)
  • Create an ongoing communication roadmap and keep track
  • Partner with the L2 CXS communications lead, and other key functions to ensure relevant, aligned and effective communications

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in internal and external communications
  • Experience with communication and collaboartion tools like MS Office, MS Teams, Sharepoint
  • High level of quality, reliability, attention to detail and flexibility
  • Demonstrated strength in working collaboratively with, and across a variety of global, crossfunctional teams
  • Growth mindset with desire to learn and try new approaches
  • Selfmotivated and team oriented
  • Excellent English language, writing and editing skills, German is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills communicating with others, problem solving and decision making
  • University Degree, in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or comparable
