Your tasks:

  • Greeting customers, advising them and directing them to subsequent specialist service
  • Attend to customers during waiting times
  • Providing information on the phone regarding workshop service issues and assisting in the preparation and completion of appointments and orders
  • Manage gate passes and vehicle releases as well as accompanying documents and check for completeness or accuracy
  • Enter and maintain customer and vehicle data in the systems according to specifications
  • Coordinate and monitor appointments
  • Coordinate pickup and dropoff service in cooperation with the responsible team and service foremen and monitor the corresponding appointments
  • Ensuring the mobility of our customers and identifying individual vehicle solutions

Qualifications
In order to be best qualified for the position, you possess:

  • Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training (preferably from the hotel or catering industry)
  • Good knowledge of the current MS Office products
  • Mercedes-Benz brand knowledge desirable
  • Knowledge of foreign languages helpful
  • Flexibility and willingness to work shifts to ensure our opening hours
  • Class B driver's license
  • Well groomed appearance
The job is full-time and limited to 12 months. However, we are very interested in a long-term and successful cooperation
