As
Customer Service Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the Customer Service for the region North-East within ASICS.

Key Individual Responsibilities are

  • Support in improving quality service by recommending improved processes.
  • Support systems implementations/ modification etc.
  • Organize and coordinate the Customer Service Team workload redirecting activity as appropriate to maximize work efficiency.
  • Manage the Customer Service Team resource, attendance and absence, to ensure sufficient cover to meet business needs.
  • Manage, motivate and develop Customer Service Team by providing clear structure, guidance and direction
  • Attend several key meetings on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Monitoring performance of direct reports.
  • Stay with close contact to Sales Team to ensure the best service to the customers
  • Best in class in technical and professional expertise in order to provide outstanding customer experience.
  • Process customer orders and follow up on their status
  • Professionally manage returns, credit and claims.
  • Maintaining records of all transactions dealing with customer orders.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal (Supply Chain, Sales, Finance...) and external partners.
  • Meet with key customers to review performance and address issues.
  • Professionally interacts with clients, building positive relationships.
  • Coordinate and supports Strategic Accounts Manager in seasonal forecasting process and deliverables.
  • To ensure that all the correct VAS Customer requirements are fully understood and met by the DC.
  • Order Book Management per the guidelines and KPIs of the Orderbook team.
  • Support Customer Service Team Lead
  • Provide any needed report to Customer Service and O2C Management

More about you.

  • 4 year of professional experience in a related field or related studies.
  • Should be able to speak "sales and orderbooks", since this person will be working in close contact with sales and the Orderbook team.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent working knowledge of SAP FMS (AFS), BI Analysis and supply chain processes advantageous.
  • Excellent English and (local language) skills, written and spoken.
  • Excellent level MS Office essential.
  • Excellent usage of reporting tools.
