The Role:

Do you have a flair for design and a keen eye for detail? Are you passionate about maintaining brand consistency and elevating marketing materials to new heights?

NewStore is charting a course towards transforming the retail landscape, leveraging innovative technologies to provide exceptional shopping experiences.

We're seeking a meticulous and creative Part-Time Designer to join our team, focusing on upholding our brand's visual integrity across all communication channels.

This role involves close collaboration with our marketing teams in the US and Europe, as well as our product design team in Berlin, Germany and Utrecht, Netherlands, to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand narrative.


What You'll Do:


  • Uphold and refine our design guidelines, including color palettes, fonts, and visual elements, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing and corporate materials.
  • Design and manage corporate presentation templates in Google Slides, enhancing the effectiveness of our internal and external communications.
  • Produce compelling visual content for display advertising, web design and landing page creation, social media, and more to support the brand's presence and storytelling efforts online.
  • Work closely with the product design team in Berlin and Utrecht to ensure a seamless visual connection between our product offerings and brand identity.
  • Collaborate across time zones with marketing teams in the US and Europe, providing creative support and ensuring design coherence in all our initiatives.

Your Story:

Your portfolio will showcase a wide range of projects, highlighting your ability to adapt and maintain a cohesive brand voice across various platforms and materials.

Ideally, you have experience working within established brand guidelines and possess a strong foundation in both digital and print design.


  • Proven track record in graphic and web design, with a particular focus on digital content creation and print materials.
  • Experience maintaining brand guidelines and designing within established brand frameworks.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • An organized, detailoriented approach, with a commitment to excellence and a passion for visual storytelling.
