Beschreibung

TE Connectivity's Plating Teams operate assigned automated plating machinery, ensure component flow, troubleshoot and correct machinery issues to ensure quality and productivity.

They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures.

Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Instrumentelle/ nasschemische Analytik der Prozesse und behandeltem Abwasser
Korrektur der Prozesse mit Chemikalien
Analytik und Handling von Edelmetallen
Organisation und Durchführung von Badneuansätzen
Bestellung, Bestandsführung und WE von Chemikalien
Weiterentwicklung von Untersuchungsverfahren
Unterstützung bei Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von neuen Prozessen
Transportorganisation und Analytik von edelmetallhaltigen Abfällen zur Aufbereitung
Schulung der Mitarbeiter im Umgang mit Chemikalien und Prüfverfahren
Instandhaltung, Wartung und Pflege der Laboreinrichtung
Prüfmittelüberwachung der im Labor eingesetzten Geräte

Anforderungen:

Ausbildung mit fachspezifischem Hintergrund (CTA (m/w/d), UTA (m/w/d), Laborant (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
Berufserfahrung in oben genannten Bereichen, vor allem in der chemischen Analytik
Kenntnisse im Bereich Galvanik / Oberflächenbeschichtung von Vorteil
Selbständiges sowie ziel

- und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten

PC-Kenntnisse, MS Office
Kenntnisse in SAP/ Hydra wünschenswert
Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
