Would you like to be responsible for the Technical recruitment of a global company with flat hierarchies and quick decision-making processes? Our client is looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Recruiter (M/F/d) with a proven track record in the field of technical/engineering recruitment.

You would be part of an international recruiting team, managing end to the end recruitment processes and consulting hiring managers and HR Business Partners.

Detail job description

Managing thefull endtoend recruitment process for all assigned requisitions
Building trusted relationships with your hiring managers, HR business partners and business leaders across multiple countries in the EMEA region
Consultanting business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners when it comes to availability of talent, attraction channels, sourcing strategy, selection activities and offer management
Conducting virtual and/or inperson interviews
Acting as an advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)
Managing third party recruitment suppliers when necessary
Ensuring all relevant data is kept and updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Requirements:

Fluency in German and English. French language skills is considered as a plus but not mandatory
Several years of experience in End to End recruitment (inhouse, RPO or agency) with a proven track record of building longlasting relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners
Proven experience in exceptional stakeholder management on a crossregional/international level
Strong experience in recruiting technical/engineering Talent in the EMEA region
