Your Tasks:

Independent legal assistance to management and expert functions from diverse business areas (sales, purchasing, development) and regions in the realm of national and international commercial law
Contract examination, negotiation, and drafting with customers, suppliers, and technology partners, among others
Creation and further development of contract templates and general terms and conditions, as well as their implementation in our operational processes
Employee training in various areas of law
Management of judicial and extrajudicial disputes, including management of external law firms.

Requirements:

Successfully completed law studies with a second state examination
Many years of professional experience, particularly in the automotive sector with relevant industry or law firm expertise
Extremely good civil law knowledge

- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- good MS Office knowledge
- fluency in written and spoken German and English
