Are you interested in being part of a movement that's paving the way for a sustainable future? Global demand for batteries is skyrocketing as we work towards reducing climate change through the electrification of mobility and the broader energy transition.

To meet this demand, the industry needs to produce battery cells on a terawatt scale. Our automation controls, large scale distributed systems, and analytics are fundamentally changing the way batteries are produced. We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team and explore opportunities to drive progress within the battery field.

As working Student in our #TeamBetterBattery, a team of internal startups, you will have a unique chance to contribute in a crossfunctional and fastpaced environment
You will support the business development and strategy team of the battery accelerator
You will help us to create and maintain communication and collaboration channels within our battery accelerator on the one hand and portfolio transparency with our 5 startup teams on the other hand
You will support in market research and competitor benchmarking
And last but not least you will help to plan and conduct strategical workshops

Use your skills to move the world forward.

You are currently studying a technical or business related field, having a completed Bachelors' degree is a plus
You have already gained practical work experience
You are a team player with natural interpersonal strengths and a high level of initiative and proactivity
You have a goaloriented and structured work style with a handson mentality
You are motivated to work independently and flexibly in a fast paced and cross functional setting, ability to flexibly adapt to new projects and challenges
You show excellent time management skills and you are able to work and contribute in a dynamic environment, whilst not losing focus on your studies
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German complete your profile
