Job Purpose/Role:

We are looking for you We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Working Student (f/m/d). This position will be based in our Frankfurt office.

The TOP Office team is the cornerstone of the Technology, Operations & Products (TOP) function which enables our business to deliver on its strategic objectives by designing and implementing state-of-art data and technology solutions and ensuring AllianzGI has an industry-leading product base that meets the needs of our worldwide client base.

As part of the team, you will be working with an international group of Business Managers and supporting them in various initiatives and projects along the entire asset management value chain.

We are looking to expand our team with a highly motivated student with a creative mindset and a willingness to explore new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Support in drafting content for internal and external communication using the entire MS Office Suite
Organize various types of events and meetings with senior management and / or external parties
Take the lead in the production and distribution of monthly newsletters
Take over adhoc tasks and requests related to a broad spectrum of initiatives and projects
Collect data to prepare different types of executive overviews and KPI boards
Be responsible for organizing crossteam meetings as well as preparing and leading them where required

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience:

You are currently enrolled as a Masters student in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Business, or related studies
You have an interest in the financial services industry
You have strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
You are well organized and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
You have very good communication skills
You possess strong analytical and problemsolving skills
You are ready to learn new things and you are not afraid of taking responsibility
Proficiency in English required, further languages would be highly beneficial
