What you'll do

• Have a key role in the Information Security organization that has global responsibility for Cyber-Security
• Establish and further advance the Information Security assessment function in close collaboration with the Head of Security Management and Governance
• Create artifacts such as processes, assessment universe, assessment plans based on a sound methodology
• Assess compliance with internal and external Information Security requirements
• Strengthen Security by addressing deficiencies with regard to the design and effectiveness of the Information Security controls
• Create mitigation plans and follow up on proper implementation

Who you are

• Degree in computer science, business, Information Security or comparable education with relevant professional experience
• Extensive experience in an audit function, ideally combining business and Information Security expertise
• Extensive knowledge of Audit methodologies and Cyber Security frameworks (e.g. DIIR, DIW, BSI, ISO, NIST, SANS), technologies and best practices
• Experiences ideally supplemented by certifications (e.g. CIA, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISSP)
• Able to work with stakeholder to maintain a positive collaboration and articulate complex topics into simple language
• International work experience is a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally to Knauf locations on all continents.
